the best Mexico, Costa Rica and Guatemala "Organic" green coffee beans.
Roasted separately in small batchs and blended to bring out that full
body, smooth finish character to be enjoyed any time of the day. City +

FRENCH ROAST..."Organic", From
the high altitude mountains of Peru, Brasil and Mexico, we french roast
our unique proiles to each bean, showcasing their complex chocolate
overtones and rich body, smokey overtones. Dark Roast
BRASIL...Fazenda
Alvorada. Processed "Natural" on African style bed. Roasted medium
dark, bringing out a floral aroma during brewing. Surprising acidity
and citrus notes. A key component in our French and Espresso Blends.
Roasted City +, Med/Dk Roast.
COSTA
RICA...Las Lajas, "Organic". Exceptional quality cup, often compared to coffee's
from Hawaii and Jamacia. The dark roast brings out its dark chocolate
and nutty character. Smooth and rich. Roasted Viennese (Dark Roast)
EL
SALVADOR...Cuzcachapa,
"Organic". Certified USDA. Outstanding body character with that citrus
orange essence, offering a rich flavor with a robust acitdity. This
rare gourmet coffee is harvested on eco-friendly plantations. Roasted
to a City, Medium Roast.
GUATEMALA...Finca
Las Mercedes, "Organic". This spectacular, shade grown, at
high altitudes gourmet Estate grown bean, roasted in a City + Roast,
creates an intense, ripe, winey and fruity acidity. A long smooth
finish. Med/Dark Roast.
