reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update
these Terms and Conditions, and by using www.mountainbirdcoffee.com,
you agree to be bound by such conditions, alterations or updates.
Our
Return Policy
Mountain Bird Coffee, LLC
strives
to make your experience with our products a happy experience.
That is why we personally inspect all products prior to shipment for
quality assurance. If you receive a product that is not what you
ordered, we will gladly replace it for you, provided the following
conditions are met:
- Product has not been used. No
exchange or refund will be given due to customer misuse or neglect.
- Product is returned in its
original packaging and the product's packaging has not been damaged or
opened.
- You
must contact Mountain Bird
Coffee Company
and request an RMA number
within 2 business days (Mon.-Fri.) of receiving your order and clearly
mark the number on the outside of the shipping carton. NO RMA NUMBERS
WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE 2ND DAY. Returned packages
without a clearly
marked RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned at the
customers expense.
- Products must be returned to Mountain Bird
Coffee, LLC within 7 days of receiving an RMA
number. Absolutely no
return packages will be accepted after this time period. Please return
all products via UPS, USPS (insured). These shipping methods allow for
tracking and compensation if package is lost or damaged. Mountain Bird
Coffee, LLC will not assume responsibility
for lost or damaged
packages if other shipping methods are used. Email Mountain Bird Coffee, LLC tracking number. You will be responsible
for the cost of
returning any package to us.
- Please enclose the original
sales receipt inside the return package. (Photo copies Accepted)
- All returned packages will be
subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) restocking fee.
- In
the event of a refund, Mountain Bird
Coffee, LLC
will issue a check
to the customer within 25 days from the receipt of the returned items.
