Mountain
Bird Coffee, LLC is
nestled in the heart of the Ozark Mountains, located on the beautiful
White River (Table Rock Lake), just a few miles from Eureka Springs,
Arkansas.
Our
company was founded in 2008...a hobby turned "Certified" Roaster and
Barista from the Specialty
Coffee Association of America. Like
myself, I find that more and more consumers are demanding coffees which
address the needs of sustainability
and conservation towards our
planet. Yes, we are even willing to pay a few cents more
per cup of
coffee, knowing that our contribution for shade grown and fair trade
products support
bird conservation, a healthy environment and the livelihood of small
scale farms and cooperatives.
I
have worked tirelessly, to develop my own roasting process that
extracts that gourmet flavor from each of our fine offerings. Insuring
optimum acidy, body and aroma which produces fine roasted coffees that
are consistently smooth and rich, hand crafted gourmet beans.

we offer these same great coffees, in one pound (1Lb.) and five pound
(5Lb.) green beans, for those who enjoy the pleasures of roasting their
